Infrared illuminators only require power (12 Volts DC). You may place them next to your existing infrared camera or place them somewhere more ideal for you specific application. These illuminators are completely weatherproof and can be used indoors or outdoors. At night when the auto sensor turns on the unit, the 850nm infrared illuminators will have a very slight red glow just as all infrared cameras do. The built in CDS sensor turns on illuminator at night and off during the daytime. We offer 25 ft. and 50 ft. low voltage power extension cords as options with this illuminator. Mounting bracket and AC power adapter included. One year warranty.
