This 2.4GHz Mini Transmitter will transmit a video signal to a receiver which connects to the video-input jack on your VCR, TV, or computer. The standard range for the 2.4GHz Mini Transmitter is up to 1200 feet line of sight. The transmitter is FCC Part 15 certified. The system is available with a jack for video and audio or with a video and power jack that will provide power to the camera from the transmitter (no audio jack). The 2.4GHz Wireless Transmitter includes the following: 2.4GHz 4 Channel Transmitter in ABS housing, 4 channel receiver, RCA cable for output to VCR or TV and two 12VDC power supplies. Wireless
transmission is not for everyone. Distance, quality, and ability
to transmit wirelessly will depend directly on how many obstructions
and what kind of obstructions are in the way such as trees, houses,
buildings, satellite dishes, wireless routers, 2.4ghz cordless phones,
and even cellular towers. If you have any of these in or around
your home or office, then begin by only purchasing one wireless
unit as you may find out only 1 channel is all you can attain. Special Note: Although this is our most popular durable all around transmitter, it does operate a little warmer than others. We do not recommend this transmitter for Body Wear Applications.
